Fujian province shipbuilding ‘Fu Chuan Cup’ labor skill competition successfully held at XSI

       In October 27th, after two days competition, the ‘Fu Chuan Cup’ labor skill competition, which organized by Fujian province head labor union, undertaken by Fujian machinery chemistry mining labor union working committee and Xiamen shipbuilding industry, was successfully finished.

       This competition provide labors all over the province a good stage for skill communication and exhibition, it encouraged labors to learn during the competition, raised a wave of learning and practicing skills. It stimulates staffs to improve their working skill and overall quality and has a promotion to expand ‘craftsman sprit’.

       From July and August of this year, the competition has received a lot of support from shipbuilding associations and shipbuilding related companies. Companies and associations conducted a lot of selection and competition and finally selected 11 teams 51 player for the final. The process of the competition is carefully prepared, well organized and impartially umpired, the players also performs well during the competition. The competition shows the high quality and competition skill of shipbuilding workers.
